On the 14th of June, we hosted our annual Whitecroft Lighting summer party, an event we hold every year to recognise and thank everyone for their hard work throughout the year.
This year’s celebration embraced a festival theme, complete with live music, stand-up comedy, and inflatable competitive games. Energy levels were kept high with a selection of gyros, woodfired pizza, doughnuts, and ice creams from Mr Whippy himself.
The inflatable games were a huge hit, featuring an 8 ft axe throwing challenge, a Nerf competitive shoot-out, and a giant buzz-wire game.
Contrary to the festival theme, we managed to dodge the rain, allowing us to enjoy the day to the fullest.
The afternoon culminated in a company-wide raffle, ensuring everyone in attendance had a chance to win fantastic prizes.
This summer event is always well received by the team at Whitecroft, fostering cross-departmental conversations and strengthening our bonds and working relationships.
